Today, as co-founder and CEO of mube, Frédéric applies his expertise to innovation and mube’s international development.

When the Smart City Meets the Green City
mube was born from a simple idea: combining technology and nature.
It originated with two childhood friends: Frédéric de Mont-Serrat, a telecom and IoT expert, and Romain Bourdais, a plant specialist. Together, they envision a city that is both smart and green.
Polytechnique has invested in mube and supports it through the Drahi-X Novation Center, the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center of École Polytechnique.
